Condolences and Memories of Puck

Puck Botman-Berends had lots of family and friends. We received many cards and calls. Here are some of the notes we received about her online. Thank you.

John and I would like to send our deepest sympathy to the extended Botman family for the loss of their beloved Puck. She was such a lovely gracious lady. Sincerely,
-John and Berit Weyland

I will miss chatting with Puck at El Cid ! She was very interesting, friendly and fun. I occasionally shopped with/for her and got a kick out of her idea of ‘necessities’ ! She spoke so proudly of her family. I am sad for all of you (and us at El Cid!).

?Our sincere sympathy to Puck’s family and loved ones.
Puck was a wonderful person. Everyone at the Stanley Park Lawn Bowl Club has a special memory of her. Whether it be as a bowler, when she was President of the club, hostess of the annual Labour Day dinner, she was very cordial and a true friend to many. Puck would often bring baked goods for the volunteers or those working on the green to enjoy with their coffee break. She thought of everyone. Puck’s support of all the activities at the club are very much appreciated; she will be dearly missed.
